i came across your site when i typed dharma + quitting smoking into google. how goes it with your quit? i hope well.
today is day one for me. this time around.

Things are going well with the non smoking so far. I’m currently on day 4 and of course it’s a rollercoaster from moment to moment, but I’m truly glad you happened to leave me a comment because I was getting stressed out setting up a new cell phone and contemplating if I deserved a cigarette. I’m glad to see your comment because now it reminds me that a cigarette isn’t a treat, like I have mistaken it for so many years but it’s something that damages my body and sucks my energy….
Hang in there, the reason I did start my journey of stopping was at a guided meditation my teacher mentioned that in order to deepen our practice we should do the uncomfortable, and this was something that I knew would be that LOL
